Help train our mentorship AI by reviewing and rating sample conversations. You'll read exchanges between MentorBot and fictional teens and flag anything that feels "off," which happens less often than you'd think but more often than we'd like.
Lead Data Fluency workshops in your community. We provide the curriculum, the materials, and a disturbingly thorough dossier on each participant so you can "personalize the experience." You just bring the energy.
Turn our data into stories. We have incredible numbers but sometimes numbers need a human touch. You'll take impact metrics and craft donor-facing stories that make people feel things. The metrics are real. The feelings are the goal.
Help assemble and personalize care packages at our Pawnee distribution center. Each package is tailored to the recipient based on our Community Need Algorithm, so you'll be packing specific items for specific people. Try not to think about it too much. Just pack with love.
